The Space
Nestled in the redwoods of Kings Mountain in Woodside, California is a sanctuary that is still, private, and deeply restorative. Known locally as “The Tree House,” this former sound-studio-turned-home has become a place for deep healing and transformation. Perched among the trees, this is an intimate place to step away from daily demands and reconnect in nature.

The Experience
Private Aromatic Sound Healing sessions are offered in 75-minute appointments.
Aromatic Medicine Healings begin at 90 minutes for first time clients. Each experience is tailored to your intention and may include sound healing, Reiki, shamanic practices, aromatherapy, herbal formulation, and other supportive practices, following the foundation of my Aromatic Medicine work.
A limited number of appointments are available each month to ensure privacy, depth, and the quiet integrity of the space.
All sessions are guided by Françoise Decatrel, founder of The Way Apothecary, a clinical aromatherapist, herbalist, and sound practitioner based in Woodside, California.

Private Aromatic Sound Healing

A private one-to-one, aromatherapy-led sound healing experience centered on the use of sound to settle the body and bring the mind into a more relaxed state.
Working with shamanic drumming, singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, the experience unfolds with your intention in mind. Each session creates a field of sound that allows the body to release tension, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to return to a more natural rhythm.
Aromatherapy plays a central role in each session, using The Way Apothecary’s core fragrances, selected in the moment to support deep healing, transformation and the direction of our work together.

Foundational Healing

The Reset
Investment: $250
Created for returning clients, these focused one-hour reset sessions offer continued support between deeper healing appointments through sound, aromatherapy, subtle energy work, and nervous system restoration.
Guided by The Way Apothecary’s core aromatic formulations, each session begins with light-touch vagal toning behind the ears, a gentle practice that helps engage the parasympathetic nervous system and encourages the body to soften into a more receptive and restorative state.
From there, the experience unfolds fluidly through sound healing and subtle energy work, using vibration, resonance, aromatherapy, and intentional stillness to help quiet mental overstimulation, release energetic tension, and bring the body back into a greater sense of balance and connection.
Designed as ongoing support between deeper healing appointments, these sessions help sustain and deepen the work by creating space for continued release, energetic clearing, nervous system settling, and reconnection to the body and self.
Gather Together
Monthly small-group gatherings are held in this space, integrating sound, breathwork, and customized aromatherapy within an intimate redwood setting. Sessions are intentionally limited to five participants.
Individual seats for public gatherings begin at $125. Private group experiences for friends, retreats, and special gatherings are also available upon request.
